Another Maddie’s Marketing Competition $300,000 for winning entries

Maddie’s Fund and Petfinder.com will hold another $300,000 marketing competition this fall for Petfinder.com member shelters and rescues. 

Has your organization found homes for hard-to-place animals? These include elderly, blind, deaf, disfigured, black, shy, or plain pets, or cats and dogs that require in-home medical or behavioral care.

If so, tell Maddie’s Fund and Petfinder.com how you do it!  

They are looking for quantifiable measures of success, including percent and total numbers of hard-to-place animals adopted. Entries must not exceed two double-spaced pages. Documentation may be of any length, but please limit collateral materials to five items.

Winners will receive $500 - $25,000 each. Last year, more than 100 organizations received cash awards.

E-mail your two-page submission by Oct. 31, 2008. Award winners will be announced on Feb. 1, 2009, and winning campaigns will be featured on the Maddie’s Fund website, in our newsletter and on Petfinder.com.
